Emily
Emily has been working as a sales clerk at Fred Meyer for a couple of years, and she was really hating it. She liked the people, but hated the managers, and the men who think they're entitled to bother young women in the stores (and seriously, can you believe that is still going on? What's wrong with us?) So at the beginning of the school year, she took a job working for the before and after school program at our local elementary. There was supposed to be a site manager, and she would be the assistant teacher. She was going to work 20 hours a week. The site manager was late every day for the first three days. He fell asleep with the kids there. He took some of the food that was intended for the low income kids and ate it. Emily was horrified.
